The National Weather Service is tracking and forecasting an El Niño event for Winter 2015/2016. El Niño events may bring heavy rainfall to the area, which can result in flooding. Sandbag Locations
Butte County’s Office of Emergency Management has put together a list of locations throughout Butte County that offer sandbags, bulk sand, and empty bags to help people prepare against flooding.
