     1. Select "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu.
     2. Click on "Navigator"

  Internet Explorer
     1. Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.
     2. Click on the "General" tab

     4. Click on "OK."

   America Online
     1. Click the "WWW" icon.
     2. Click the "Home Page" box at the bottom of the pop-up window.

     4. Click on "OK."

     1. Open up Internet Explorer
     2. Navigate to http://www.helpcentral.org
     3. Right Click on the icon in the menu bar and drag to desktop.
     4. Select "Create Shortcut Here"
