Comprehensive health and human service information The database contains more than 650 programs providing services from over 270 agencies in Butte County. You can find services such as emergency food, parenting classes, recreational programs, support groups, drug treatment, tax assistance, in-home help, after school programs, hospice, counseling, and subsidized day care. HelpCentral.org Project Coordination Putting the project together has involved many players, including members of the Children’s Services Coordinating Council, the Elder Services Coordinating Council, PASSAGES Adult Resource Center, Butte County Office of Education, and the Emergency Services Coordinating Group. Funding is being provided through the Butte County Children and Families Commission and the Butte County Department of Employment and Social Services.
